Junior Operations Support

About the role

The Junior Operations Support role assists the Operations team in handling shipments, documentation, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. It involves close collaboration with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of transaction‑related materials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments via DHL, GO4, and Slovak Post, including merchant invoices, agent debit notes, competitor correspondence, and transaction documents for tourists.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and keep accurate shipment records.
• Prepare operational reports and track key administrative activities.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of supplies and operational materials for the Operations team and outsourced teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with outsourcing partners and external suppliers to support daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements through accurate documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements as part of continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
• Independence and proactive work approach.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
• Secondary school education or higher; suitable for recent graduates.
• Previous experience in a similar role or international environment is an advantage.
