E-commerce Logistics Specialist

About the role

As an E‑commerce Logistics Specialist you will own the outbound delivery process, ensuring parcels move smoothly from the warehouse to the customer across European markets. You will work closely with logistics partners, internal teams and use data‑driven tools to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor outbound parcel logistics from dispatch to final delivery.
• Communicate with courier companies, carriers and logistics partners on daily operational matters.
• Track delivery performance, transit times, SLAs and other logistics KPIs.
• Support and improve cross‑border delivery processes across European markets.
• Handle returns, reverse logistics and incident management, including claims and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare reports, analyse carrier performance and contribute to capacity and peak planning.
• Assist onboarding of new carriers, services and logistics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, speed, quality and customer experience using AI and automation.

Required profile

• Interest in logistics, e‑commerce and delivery processes.
• Analytical and structured thinking with a strong affinity for data.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and take ownership.
• Confident English communication, both written and verbal.
• Team player comfortable collaborating across departments and countries.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of API or EDI integrations.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and problem‑solving.
