Technical Specialist – Corporate Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our Corporate Solutions team. In this role you will support the delivery, deployment and continuous improvement of custom security solutions for our enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Corporate Solutions offerings, including trial environment setup and production rollout based on client requirements.
• Monitor deployed environments and define key metrics for performance and reliability.
• Set up and maintain automated testing pipelines for new releases.
• Drive technical enhancements and evolution of ESET Corporate Solutions.
• Analyze customer architectures, infrastructure, OS and databases to recommend optimal security configurations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AWS container services (Amazon EKS, ECS, ECR).
• Proficiency in logging, monitoring and end‑user testing of cloud workloads.
• Experience with Network Load Balancer (NLB) and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Understanding of security best practices including IAM, networking, encryption and compliance.
