Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Lenovo’s Solutions Services Group is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to shape and strengthen security across its products, platforms and services. Reporting to the Principal Security Architect, you will influence strategy, champion best practices and help build resilient solutions for Lenovo and its global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies to identify, assess and mitigate current and emerging threats.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, providing guidance and constructive challenge to align cyber risk management with business objectives.
• Partner with IT, engineering and business stakeholders to implement a multi‑layered security approach protecting confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Define security requirements and ensure secure implementation throughout product and service lifecycles.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments and application architectures.
• Promote secure development practices, conduct code reviews and identify vulnerabilities early.
• Investigate and support resolution of security incidents, offering risk‑based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures and playbooks, supporting audits and certifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, preferably in a Managed Services Provider or fast‑paced technology environment.
• Industry‑recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CEH.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies, monitoring platforms and SIEM solutions.
• Solid technical background in security operations, infrastructure, cloud or network security.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
