Strategic Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Analyst who enjoys working with data and has strong analytical thinking. You will join a stable international company with a long tradition, contributing to finance and control processes at cluster level.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning submissions (Rofo, AP, SP) and consolidate cluster data to meet local and regional requirements.
• Participate in the formulation of finance and control procedures and ensure their execution in line with the cluster finance strategy.
• Prepare, explain, and follow up on management reports according to global reporting standards and local requirements.
• Act as a business partner for cluster‑level owners, supporting fixed‑cost reporting and planning.
• Ensure accurate reporting and planning of support fixed costs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business or a professional financial qualification.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a balanced skill set of financial and strategic acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously, think strategically, and be goal‑oriented.
• High level of English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
