Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will work closely with founders, designers, and property managers to build and improve features across the short‑term rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer‑facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations.
• Understand property‑manager workflows, identify friction points and decide which problems to solve.
• Take features from idea through frontend, backend, testing and deployment, owning the complete experience.
• Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex short‑term rental operations.
• Develop event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact with customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and iterate quickly.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
