Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & ISC (MEU)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Senior Finance Analyst focused on inventory and internal service centre (ISC) finance for the MEU region. You will support financial planning, performance reporting and decision‑making across supply‑chain and business‑unit functions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning and performance‑management processes, including annual contract planning, forecasting and target development.
• Prepare financial performance reports, conduct analysis and build financial models to support decision‑making.
• Collect data, perform integrity checks and ensure accurate financial data within planning tools.
• Maintain strong controls and compliance with company policies.
• Carry out ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior finance leadership.
• Support efficiency‑improvement projects and promote continuous‑improvement mindsets.
• Assist the product cost manager with timely forecast preparation and system submissions.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or controlling within a large multinational.
• Understanding of accounting processes and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (procurement, product costing, logistics, etc.).
• Proven self‑management and time‑management capabilities.
• Action‑oriented, able to learn quickly in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
