Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste‑to‑value technology. The role will support the finance function across invoicing, payroll, tax reporting and project cost allocation in an international shared‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payables, travel expenses and credit‑card reconciliations, and post payroll entries.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting, depreciation, accrued expenses and project cost allocations.
• Prepare payment orders, post bank transactions, and generate VAT/CIS and annual financial reports.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, statistical reporting and liaise with tax authorities, consultants, parent‑company finance and treasury.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a similar international role.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, double‑entry bookkeeping and finance principles, and advanced English (C1) communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – IFS or SAP FI/CO.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid command of the Microsoft Office suite.

What we offer

• Permanent employment contract with a minimum gross salary of €2,200 per month.
