About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its team in Slovakia. The role combines functional consulting expertise with technical capabilities to help clients modernize their human capital management processes using cloud‑based SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable solutions.
• Configure and manage SuccessFactors integrations, including Employee Central and Learning Management System (LMS) setups.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Handle frequent SAP releases and updates while ensuring data consistency across hybrid landscapes.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and innovations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting, configuration, and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience with a solid understanding of core HR processes.
• Proven experience with integrations, APIs, SAP connectivity, and third‑party HR systems.
• Technical troubleshooting skills, including SAP Business Connector, batch jobs, and IDOC handling.
