ServiceNow Solution Architect – Enterprise Platform

About the role

PwC’s Advanced Technology Solutions team is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise‑scale service management platforms for global clients and internal environments. You will act as the architecture authority, shaping target‑state designs and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end ServiceNow solution architecture from discovery through deployment and operational transition.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architecture blueprints, data models, integration designs, and decision records.
• Define and enforce platform principles, reusable patterns, security controls, and governance standards.
• Design secure integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and identity/access controls.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and mentor delivery teams and partners.
• Address non‑functional requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, privacy, compliance, and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering complex, enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scoped applications, data and security models, and upgrade considerations.
• Proven ability to create and defend architecture blueprints, governance standards, and long‑term roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills in English.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (including IntegrationHub, MID Server, CMDB, CSDM).
• API‑based integrations and identity/access management.
• ITIL and Agile delivery practices.
• AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatPwC).
