Senior Business Consultant – Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Accenture is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Business Consultant to join its Strategy & Consulting team in Slovakia, working on multinational transformation programmes across sectors such as telecommunications, EU institutions, financial services and utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic advisory work, structuring complex business challenges and initiatives.
• Lead or co‑lead project workstreams, taking ownership of deliverables.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to translate business needs into technology solutions, advising on systems integration, cloud, automation, analytics and AI.
• Support technology‑enabled transformations, embedding AI such as Agentic AI and Generative AI into operations.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to align priorities, drive decisions and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• University degree (Bc., Mgr., MBA, Ing. or equivalent).
• 6+ years of consulting or senior industry experience in large‑scale transformation projects.
• Experience in sectors such as Communications, Media, Technology, Utilities or Resources.
• Advanced English (B2+) and native Slovak (C2).
• High ownership, reliability, independence and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.

• Base salary range €2,050 – €4,050 (depending on role, level, experience and other factors).
