SAP BTP Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BTP Architect to design, govern, and deliver enterprise‑grade SAP Business Technology Platform solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP solution architects, and development teams to create secure, scalable, and cloud‑compliant architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP BTP services, governance standards, and best practices.
• Define enterprise BTP reference architecture and operating model.
• Architect multi‑subaccount, global account, tenant, and landscape strategies.
• Develop extension, event‑driven, and API‑first architectures for hybrid SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.
• Lead SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and integration governance (B2B, EDI, event‑based).
• Support AI Foundation, Generative AI, and Joule adoption patterns.
• Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, security guardrails, and observability frameworks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, and integration architecture.
• Deep expertise in SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, HANA Cloud, Event Mesh).
• Proficiency with SAP Build Work Zone, Build Apps, Build Process Automation.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio, AI Core/Launchpad, Mobile Services.
• Strong skills in XSUAA, SAP Destination, Connectivity Services, Cloud Connector.
• Hands‑on experience with CAP, CDS, ABAP Cloud, RAP.
• Background in Node.js, Java, and Fiori development.
• Familiarity with OData, REST APIs, Joule, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SAP IAS, IPS, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, BTP authorization concepts, micro‑services and event‑driven architectures.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1).
