Quality Engineer

About the role

Infobip is looking for a Quality Engineer to join the AgentOS team and help shape products from concept to delivery. You will work closely with product, design and development stakeholders, identifying risks early and ensuring high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Test ideas before implementation, highlight unclear requirements and evaluate design prototypes.
• Assess the impact of new requirements or changes on the existing system.
• Advocate for testability, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Help define and execute the team‑wide product quality strategy.
• Define quality characteristics, identify associated risks and design appropriate test activities.
• Execute testing, report objectively on product and testing status.
• Prioritize and document issues with clear steps to reproduce and expected behavior.
• Analyze the product from multiple perspectives, detect recurring issues and propose mitigation actions.
• Discuss product enhancements with a clear business or user value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and development stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience in software testing, both manual and automated.
• Context‑driven mindset with a strong interest in quality engineering.
• Ability to isolate problems, provide concise reproduction steps and interpret logs.
