About the role
We are looking for a Process Associate to join our Sell‑to‑Cash team in Bratislava. The role focuses on accurate billing data entry, supporting contract execution and collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and international colleagues.
- Apply LEAN principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and affinity for working with data.
- Collaborative, adaptable and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced international environment.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Motivation to learn, develop and share improvement ideas.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Office (general).
