About the role
Join Holcim European Business Services as a Personnel Administration Specialist, focusing on Romanian‑language support. You will work within a multicultural team that provides HR, finance and administrative services to Holcim operations across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and deactivate employee profiles in multiple HR systems.
- Maintain accurate employee personal data and working‑condition changes.
- Support payroll‑related activities and ensure data consistency.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners via video calls, email and ticketing tools to resolve requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR service delivery.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Management or a related field.
- Experience in personnel administration or HR operations.
- Fluency in English and Romanian.
