Personnel Administration Specialist (Romanian)

About the role

Join Holcim’s Global Human Resources team as a Personnel Administration Specialist. You will manage employee data across multiple HR systems, support payroll processes, and collaborate with HR Business Partners in a multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee profiles, update personal data and working conditions, and deactivate profiles after termination.
• Support payroll‑related tasks and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners via video calls, email, and ticketing tools to execute tasks in various HR systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing ideas to enhance HR service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Management or a related field.
• Experience in personnel administration or HR.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Romanian (B2).
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultures.
