Manager, Learning and Development

About the role

The Manager, Learning and Development will support the training strategy for Precision for Medicine across multiple countries in Central Europe. You will partner with subject‑matter experts to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that meet global functional and GCP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs with functional SMEs and create appropriate learning content.
• Coordinate and deliver role‑specific onboarding for new hires.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual and e‑learning programs following adult‑learning principles.
• Act as first‑line triage for training requests, guiding users on existing tools and templates.
• Manage learning platforms and maintain accurate training documentation, records and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with functional leadership to build and annually review role‑based curricula.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of L&D experience supporting delivery teams in a Clinical Research Organisation.
• Strong verbal communication in English and solid writing/record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects and build positive relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology, clinical trial activities and ICH/GCP regulations.
