Global Process Owner – Record to Report

About the role

As the Global Process Owner for Record‑to‑Report (R2R), you will lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of the company’s end‑to‑end financial reporting processes. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will ensure that R2R is efficient, compliant and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, govern and continuously improve the global R2R processes, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
• Drive implementation of global projects and best‑practice initiatives related to R2R.
• Integrate new technologies such as automation, AI and cloud solutions to enhance reporting and controlling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, IT and external partners to align finance processes with business needs.
• Ensure process consistency, harmonisation and compliance with global standards and regulations.
• Oversee the full E2E lifecycle from data capture to financial reporting, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement programmes and act as a change champion across the finance function.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting within a large multinational environment.
• Previous experience as a Global Process Owner or in a comparable role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Record‑to‑Report processes and global financial standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
