Analyst Collections - OTC Collections & Dispute

About the role

Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, is seeking an Analyst Collections for its OTC Collections & Dispute team. The role is based in Bratislava and offers a hybrid work model with up to three remote days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for an assigned customer portfolio and prepare outstanding unpaid items for review.
• Reconcile received comments, follow up on current‑month and past‑due invoices, and request payment confirmations.
• Identify disputed and unallocated items, drive their resolution with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct financial analysis of open and past‑due receivables, price/quantity discrepancies.
• Schedule regular reviews of receivables with business representatives and customers.
• Support month‑end close activities, cash forecasting, and write‑off of uncollectable items.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting/finance department.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
