Finance Procurement Manager – FP&A (MEU)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Finance Procurement Manager responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of the MEU region. You will work closely with senior leaders to collect data, validate assumptions, and ensure timely reporting for productivity and budgeting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track, forecast, and monitor MEU raw and pack productivity across all categories.
• Lead the MEU budgeting (AC, SF) and actual processes for R&P productivity and business intelligence.
• Calculate and load accurate overlays in FiT and validate VOLT reports.
• Support product cost managers and procurement finance with analysis for reporting, budgeting, and ad‑hoc presentations.
• Partner with the procurement organization as the first point of contact for financial validation of major productivity projects.
• Lead monthly R&P productivity governance calls and drive cash‑flow planning with the Procurement Cash Lead.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance or controlling within a large multinational.
• Strong understanding of costing processes and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven self‑management and time‑management skills in a high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
