ERP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Consultant to join our team and help customers optimise their business processes using our ERP, CRM, WMS and related solutions. You will work closely with Slovak and international clients, product managers and partners to analyse needs, design solutions and oversee implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and propose ERP/CRM/WMS solutions.
• Identify product improvements and deploy them in the client environment.
• Collaborate with developers, local and international partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct needs analysis, solution design and implementation using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support for IT processes and incoming customer requests.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovak and English.
• Basic economic knowledge and understanding of trade, logistics, finance and warehouse reporting.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS or PSA systems.
• Project‑management experience (waterfall and agile).
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL and Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational, communicative and independent work attitude.
