Director & Head of Project Management – Real Estate, Slovakia

About the role

The Head of Real Estate Slovakia will lead the country’s operations, delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients while aligning with Turner & Townsend’s purpose, values and vision. Reporting to the CEE Regional Director, the role combines strategic execution, financial stewardship and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional and global strategies locally, providing market insight and risk input to the Regional Director.
• Manage country financial performance, monitoring revenue, cost, utilisation and margin, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support business development, maintain key client relationships and contribute to proposals and bids.
• Provide inclusive people leadership, line‑manage key roles, and drive recruitment, onboarding and talent retention.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring scope, quality, budget and programme compliance, and manage delivery risks.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company standards.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, architecture, project management or related discipline.
• Proven senior operational leadership experience in a multinational professional services or project‑based environment, preferably real estate or industrial.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English and Slovak.
