Associate, Office Leasing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced real‑estate professional to drive significant office leasing transactions and shape the direction of Savills' Office Leasing team in Slovakia. This senior position combines business development, client advisory, and leadership to grow our office leasing business.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquire new leasing mandates and nurture relationships with landlords, developers, investors and occupier clients.
• Lead key leasing transactions from mandate acquisition through strategy setting, negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop a personal client network and systematically generate new business opportunities.
• Define and execute leasing strategies for office projects while ensuring high‑level client service.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Office Leasing team, set commercial priorities and provide coaching.
• Contribute to Savills Slovakia’s strategic direction, prepare budgets, monitor P&L and report pipeline results.

Required profile

• Significant experience in office leasing, commercial real estate or real‑estate advisory.
• Proven track record of winning clients and closing deals.
• Strong network of contacts in the Slovak real‑estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to represent Savills at senior level.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Slovak commercial real‑estate market.
• Business judgement and understanding of advisory economics.
