DevOps Engineer – Industrial AI Cloud (Sign‑On Bonus €5k)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer Professional to join the joint NVIDIA‑Deutsche Telekom team that is building Europe’s first industrial AI cloud for manufacturers. The role focuses on designing, implementing and operating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions on a GPU‑powered Linux/Ubuntu environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications for the AI Cloud platform.
• Create and maintain automation concepts, processes and standards to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical consultancy and project deliverables to internal teams and customers.
• Own the full lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines, including integration with multiple platforms and root‑cause analysis of runtime errors.
• Develop service architectures that meet AI Cloud requirements and ensure secure, sovereign infrastructure.
• Mentor and train colleagues, spreading knowledge across the team.
• Act as a technical lead, coordinating activities across related technologies and external partners.
• Set up and manage integrations with partner applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering IaaS, PaaS or SaaS solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with GPU‑based infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Salt‑stack, Terraform and Helm.
• Solid background in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
