Cyber‑Security Services Offering Manager

About the role

As a Cyber‑Security Services Offering Manager you will design and launch innovative security service solutions that protect customers’ digital workplaces. You will collaborate with security, software, services, sales and global teams to build, position and scale these offerings worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global security services strategy and portfolio.
• Develop new professional and managed cybersecurity service offerings.
• Translate global and regional needs into scalable service solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth through deal engagement and market positioning.
• Lead competitive analysis, pricing and feature definition.
• Build and manage strategic alliances and service partners.
• Provide technical leadership across digital and cyber‑security domains.
• Support sales and pre‑sales with proposals and solution shaping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT security offering or services development (GSI preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital and cyber‑security technologies and trends, including AI.
• Experience designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions.
• Understanding of IT outsourcing and services business models.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional and global stakeholders.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
