Claims Solutions Consultant – Hybrid (German language a plus)

About the role

Join the Life & Health Claims Solutions team to shape the next generation of claims technology. You will act as the bridge between Claims, Technology, Data, and Product teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable business requirements for large‑scale transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end, customer‑facing business requirement elicitation for major technology initiatives.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and use cases.
• Partner with program managers, product owners, architects, and engineering leads to align requirements with solution design and support sprint planning.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross‑functional design sessions with Claims, Operations, Finance, Data, and external partners.
• Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, design decisions, and delivered solutions.
• Contribute to governance through consistent documentation, decision tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in insurance, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead business analysis for large, complex technology programs, including UX/UI solutioning and service design.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client‑facing role with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
