Business Process Associate – French Language (Sell to Cash)

About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for a Business Process Associate to join its Sell‑to‑Cash team in Bratislava. You will support the French branch by ensuring smooth contracting processes and accurate data administration.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues across different countries.
• Apply LEAN principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for improvement and idea sharing.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Aspiration to learn and develop.
• Team player capable of working autonomously.
• English at B2 level; French language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
