Booking & Billing Analyst (Hungarian)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Booking & Billing Analyst who is fluent in English and Hungarian to manage end‑to‑end booking and billing transactions. The role involves ensuring orders, projects, contracts and invoices are processed accurately in line with company policies and collaborating with Sales, Project Management, Service and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently process booking and billing transactions from order creation to invoice issuance.
• Review and reconcile purchase orders, quotations, contracts and ERP/CRM data.
• Create, amend and validate orders, projects or contracts and configure billing terms, milestones or instalment schedules.
• Prepare, issue and close invoices and credit notes, ensuring billing readiness and supporting documentation.
• Analyse and resolve routine to moderately complex transactional discrepancies, placing incomplete transactions on hold when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Service and specialist functions to correct issues and maintain complete documentation for audit and control purposes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Secondary education or university degree.
• Relevant experience in finance, order‑to‑cash, order management, billing, contract administration or customer service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and pay great attention to detail.

• Experience with install/project, L&M or maintenance‑contract transactions.
