Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the Azure DevOps environment.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and tool integrations.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain add‑ins, automation platforms, and AI‑enabled features.
• Translate business and process requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to ensure a stable, secure, and compliant toolchain.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a structured, analytical approach.
• Hands‑on mindset, proactive and service‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps administration and configuration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Scripting/automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python, YAML).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or ServiceNow.
• Interest in AI‑enabled tools for productivity improvement.
