Associate Recruiter – Internal Hiring

About the role

The Associate Recruiter – Internal Hiring supports IQVIA’s talent acquisition teams by managing internal job postings, candidate flow in Workday, and contractor conversions. You will act as a liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and internal candidates to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post internal job requisitions and track candidates through Workday.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and internal talent.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations and HR specialists to align processes.
• Generate daily activity reports and keep recruitment data up‑to‑date.
• Assist with new‑hire onboarding to guarantee smooth transitions.
• Stay current on regional employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a fast‑paced environment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort working with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office suite.
