Account Executive – Slovakia Market Lead

About the role

Localcoin is launching its first operations in Slovakia and needs an Account Executive to build the market from the ground up. You will be responsible for acquiring retail partners for Bitcoin kiosks, representing the brand locally, and shaping the growth strategy in a brand‑new region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and negotiate with new retail partners for Bitcoin kiosks and related products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and post‑sale support.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners through cold calls, visits and direct outreach.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and drive upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with HQ operations, sales and finance teams to keep partner data accurate in internal systems.
• Travel regularly to partner locations for meetings, site checks and contract renewals.
• Stay informed on retail, fintech and cryptocurrency trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to improving the sales approach in Slovakia.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in retail, payments/fintech or retail real‑estate.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluent Slovak and good working English.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for regular travel across Slovakia.
• Legal right to work in Slovakia.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Fixed‑term contract (initial 6‑month period) with a gross salary of €2,900–€3,200 per month.
