Recruitment Specialist – Multilingual (English + Greek/Romanian/Polish/etc)

About the role

Join KONE's international HR services team in Bratislava as a Recruitment Specialist. You will support the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean talent acquisition efforts, acting as a key communication bridge between candidates, hiring managers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in sourcing and selecting top talent.
• Analyse CVs, conduct candidate research and maintain candidate pools.
• Perform phone pre‑screenings, schedule interviews and assessments.
• Maintain active communication with candidates and recruiters throughout the process.
• Handle administrative tasks in the internal HR system and liaise with recruitment agencies when needed.
• Participate in employer branding activities and optional school collaborations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across P&C Services, Centres of Excellence and Business Partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Fluent Slovak and English; additional language (Greek, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian or Hebrew) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious, adaptable and comfortable handling ambiguity.

Required skills

• MS Office – user‑level proficiency.
