HR Trainee

About the role

The HR Trainee will provide administrative and HR support to the HR team and site leadership, working onsite at the designated Regal Rexnord office.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination of visitors, customers, auditors and external guests, including travel arrangements and catering.
• Assist with HR administration tasks such as document preparation, filing, employee communication and maintaining notice boards.
• Help with recruitment activities, including job postings, employer branding, phone screening and event support.
• Provide employee services like ID cards, parking cards, onboarding/offboarding assistance and health examination coordination.
• Support data entry, validation and simple HR reporting, as well as student program administration.

Required profile

• University student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• English language skills are an advantage.
