P&C Services Agent with English

About the role

Join KONE Business Services' international HR team in Bratislava and become the first point of contact for employees and managers. You will provide daily administrative support, resolve HR‑related queries and help ensure a high level of employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR questions, administrative tasks and HR tools.
• Handle requests from employees and managers via email, phone or meetings.
• Provide excellent support for HR processes such as master data, reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, and learning & development.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Strong customer‑oriented approach and desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced English language skills for corporate communication.
• User‑level proficiency with MS Office.
