Project Manager – eCommerce Deployments

About the role

The Project Manager – eCommerce Deployments will lead the rollout of Parts.cat.com across new markets, working closely with eCommerce engineering teams and dealers in the EAMEA region. You will coordinate deployment activities, ensure configuration accuracy, and drive successful integration of digital commerce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end deployment schedules, milestones and implementation plans for dealer integrations.
• Manage release governance, deployment readiness, and post‑deployment validation.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance and dealer stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project health, report status, risks and outcomes to leadership and support portfolio reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IT project control, reporting and administration practices.
• Experience planning and executing tactical, strategic and operational initiatives.
• Proven decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to gather, analyse and report data effectively.
• Familiarity with IT standards, procedures and policies.

Required skills

• Project Management (PMP, PMI‑ACP preferred)
• Agile methodologies and working with Agile product/engineering teams
• eCommerce platform integration and system deployment
• Stakeholder management and communication
