Support Associate (Full-Time Remote)

About the role

Wolt is looking for remote Support Associates to join its Bratislava‑based support team. The role starts in October 2026 and involves assisting customers, venues and courier partners through live chat while helping to improve the overall support function.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming live‑chat inquiries from customers, restaurant and retail partners, as well as couriers.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to develop and refine support processes.
• Ensure smooth delivery operations by providing timely assistance to restaurant and retail partners.
• Support the Czech and Slovak markets, handling queries in Slovak and English.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed, team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude, fast learner, comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or logistics role.
• Fluent in Slovak and professional proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Available to start in October 2026.
