About the role

We are looking for a Slovak‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join Booking.com’s support team, operating remotely from Greece. The role involves assisting guests and partners in the tourism sector, ensuring high‑quality service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to Booking.com guests and partners in Slovak.
• Assist travelers with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex reservation issues.
• Stay updated on travel policies and tourism market trends.
• Use proprietary tourism‑tech software to manage bookings accurately.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for training and internal communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for working in Greece).
• Strong passion for the tourism industry and customer experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive, professional attitude.
