Site Activation & Monitoring Internship

About the role

This internship provides a structured training programme that prepares participants for a permanent position in site activation and monitoring within clinical research. You will gain hands‑on experience, attend workshops and conferences, and develop the ability to search independently for scientific information.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned trainings, workshops and conferences to build foundational knowledge.
• Shadow multiple positions under manager guidance to understand daily operations.
• Learn and use internal systems and tools relevant to site activation.
• Provide administrative and technical support on project tasks under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth site start‑up and monitoring processes.

Required profile

• University students or graduates in pharmacy, medicine or life sciences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional environment.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
