Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology studies across regional or global programs. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical trials on time and within budget while leveraging IQVIA’s therapeutic expertise and suite of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality and cost while ensuring compliance with study tools, training materials, and standard processes.
• Set objectives for the core project team, communicate expectations, and assess performance against contract and strategy.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with functional groups to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and contingencies, and lead problem‑solving efforts.
• Maintain primary customer contact, own the relationship with key client stakeholders, and support business development activities.
• Forecast financial performance, identify acceleration opportunities, and manage scope changes through change control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of regional/global CPM experience, including at least 1 year of project management on oncology trials.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local regulations.
• Broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic area familiarity (oncology preferred).
• Experience managing project financials, contractual obligations, and delivering value‑based solutions.
