Billing & Order Entry Analyst (English/French)

About the role

Join Deloitte's Finance Operate line in Bratislava as a Billing & Order Entry Analyst. You will ensure customers receive a first‑class service experience while handling contract administration, billing, and order processing in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process new orders, modifications, and cancellations.
• Review and maintain contract data in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Create billing invoices, credit notes, and indexation renewal letters.
• Communicate contract queries and provide support to sales and project‑management teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for contractual questions and dispute resolution.
• Prepare commercial correspondence and request guarantees for placed orders.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service.
• Minimum experience in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal.
• EU passport holder.
