TMF Specialist - Hybrid (Slovakia)

About the role

iqvia is looking for a TMF Specialist in Bratislava, working in a hybrid setting. You will act as the liaison between Records Management and user departments on Trial Master Files (TMF), applying records management expertise to support complex, multi-project work across sites and teams. Work must follow SOPs, policies, good clinical practice and regulatory requirements, and meet quality and timeline targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project deadlines, commitments and goals are met by monitoring daily team outputs.
• Coordinate retrieval of records requested by users and prepare closed studies for transfer to clients.
• Monitor filing accuracy and compliance with customer file plans and SOPs, and maintain records centre security.
• Interface with departments to support retrieval projects and meet information needs.
• Monitor and assist in preparing closed studies for transfer to clients on agreed due dates.
• Train team members on records management tasks, policies and procedures, and serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate transfer, recall and disposition of records to commercial storage centres, and oversee disposal of obsolete records.
• Assist management with strategic goals, plans, cost proposals and resource projections, and conduct and manage processes.
• May act as team leader for records management projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 years of experience in a records management environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Good command of English, with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects within timelines, stay focused on detail under pressure, and lead others.

The potential base pay range is EUR 19,400 to EUR 35,300 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
