Technical Analyst & Solution Manager

About the role

Join Erste Digital’s Investment & Insurance Experience team to shape digital solutions that improve financial health for millions. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, ensuring end‑to‑end stability and continuous improvement of the applications you manage.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, structure and challenge business and technical requirements, translating them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Design and document REST APIs, interfaces and system dependencies, assessing impacts across front‑end, back‑end, data flows and connected systems.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, product managers and stakeholders to shape solutions and drive delivery from implementation to testing.
• Own solution management for selected applications, coordinating incident management, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an end‑to‑end view of solution stability, quality, lifecycle and operational risks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Solution Manager or Business Analyst with strong technical expertise.
• Proven ability to challenge requirements, drive clarification and manage complex incidents.
• High ownership, initiative and accountability with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills across business, IT and external partners.
