Talent Partner - Plant Hiring

About the role

Join Talent is seeking a Talent Partner focused on plant hiring to deliver outstanding recruitment results for our diverse client base. You will drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition, enhance hiring processes, and ensure a premium experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and secure client buy‑in for recruitment strategies, covering sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR and TA teams, acting as a trusted partner.
• Develop and post job adverts following client brand guidelines and manage applications professionally.
• Source and headhunt candidates for plant engineering and electrician roles.
• Screen applicants, present shortlists, and guide hiring managers through candidate selections.
• Manage the candidate journey with a candidate‑centric approach.

Required profile

• Proven global talent acquisition experience.
• Specific experience recruiting for plant roles (engineers, electricians, etc.).
• Background in start‑up or scale‑up environments, preferably multinational.
• Positive attitude, strong ethics, and ability to inspire stakeholders.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
• Data analysis for recruitment metrics
