Senior Change Manager

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a multi‑year, multi‑country ERP transformation deploying Oracle Fusion. The role reports to the ERP Programme and will ensure adoption of new processes and tools across diverse geographies and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global change management strategy aligned with the rollout schedule, including impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• Develop and deliver a global communication plan, producing newsletters, leadership packs, webinars and other assets.
• Design and coordinate multi‑country training programmes, creating e‑learning modules, user guides and simulations.
• Mobilise a network of champions and ambassadors to support local adoption and manage hyper‑care during go‑live.
• Monitor adoption KPIs, track tool usage and user satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) and 5‑10 years experience in change management for large‑scale, international ERP transformations.
• Proven experience in multicultural environments supporting multiple countries.
• Proficiency with change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
• Excellent communication, training facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) and fluency in English.
