Talent Acquisition Specialist with Slovak and Czech

About the role

DP World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Slovak and Czech to support its global hiring needs. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on recruitment, helping to shape hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and improve the overall candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, social media, talent communities, and external partnerships.
• Create inclusive job advertisements that attract a broad range of candidates.
• Deliver a transparent, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Share market insights and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, process improvements, recruitment technology enhancements, and inclusive hiring programs.

Required profile

• Several years of recruitment experience in a corporate, agency, RPO, or fast‑paced talent acquisition environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative advice.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to high‑quality candidate experiences.
• Fluency in Slovak and Czech, with very good English or German skills.
