Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Join KONE's international HR services team in Bratislava to support the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region in finding and recruiting top talent. You will act as a key communication partner for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support the local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists with candidate sourcing, CV analysis and research.
• Manage candidate pools, conduct phone pre‑screenings, schedule interviews and assessments.
• Maintain active communication with candidates and recruiters, and handle administrative tasks in the internal HR system.
• Interact with recruitment agencies when needed and participate in branding or school collaboration activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Fluent in Slovak and English; additional languages such as Greek, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian or Hebrew are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• MS Office – user level proficiency.
