As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a strategic advisor for hiring managers across the EMEA region, delivering full‑life‑cycle recruitment solutions that are data‑informed and future‑focused. Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned business functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies that reflect seniority, market availability, and business complexity.
• Source, engage, and attract both passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as an advisor on recruitment best practices, market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
