Talent Acquisition Coordinator DACH – German Speaking

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the DACH region. You will support recruitment administration across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage external job postings, create employment contracts, and coordinate background screenings.
• Process reimbursements and handle recruitment-related documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process.
• Own the Talent Acquisition Audit process for the DACH region.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in administration, customer service, recruitment administration, or HR administration.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
