HR Services Agent – English & Italian (Bratislava)

About the role

Our international HR services team in Bratislava is looking for a P&C Services Agent who will support employees and managers with HR‑related questions, administrative tasks and daily communication in English and Italian.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR topics, tools and processes.
• Handle employee and manager requests via email, phone and meetings.
• Provide excellent support for master data, recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, and learning & development processes.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• User‑level knowledge of MS Office.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Team player who seeks continuous improvement.
