System & Process Expert - Sales & Origination

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a System & Process Expert for Sales & Origination in Bratislava. The role drives the transformation of the Sales & Origination function by maximising the value of its platforms, especially the CRM solution, through deeper integration into business processes, sustained adoption, stronger data quality and measurable results. It combines strategic product ownership with end-to-end process expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction and roadmap of Sales & Origination platforms, owning product priorities and overseeing delivery of enhancements
• Lead end-to-end optimisation of processes, simplifying, standardising and automating them, and embed platforms and AI-enabled capabilities into commercial workflows
• Improve client, broker and origination data quality through process improvements, governance and system controls, and use data analytics and AI insights to improve decision-making and pipeline management
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve dependencies

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in strategic product ownership, roadmap prioritisation and technology delivery
• Experience driving change and leading projects from concept to implementation
• Strong communicator and influencer able to engage senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Advantageous: understanding of (re)insurance processes, and experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Marketing

Required skills

• Data analytics, ideally with Power BI and Excel
• Product ownership and process optimisation

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 3,300 to 5,400 per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and requirements
